Four films starring Priyanka Chopra are set to hit the marquee in the coming months.

Priyanka’s long lull at the silver screen ended recently with Love Story 2050 , which, sadly, did not live up to the audiences’ expectations. Now, as many as four films of the actress are ready for release.

Priyanka Chopra believes in learning from her earlier mistakes. After being a witness to Love Story 2050’s box office standing being largely affected because its release date clashed with that of Jaane Tu …Ya Jaane Na, Priyanka has now made sure that two of her films- Tarun Mansukhani’s Dostana and Madhur Bhandarkar’s Fashion do not release on the same day - November 14.

Our source says, “Priyanka, UTV’s Ram Mirchandani and Madhur Bhandarkar had a joint meeting to solve the issue of the clashing release dates of both of Priyanka’s films. The meeting lasted for a long time.

A beautiful couple of Bollywood Priyanka Chopra and Harman are no longer a couple. It is rumoured that Harman Bawaeja’s parents were not is favour of seeing the two going ahead with the relationship.

The last straw apparently came with the bad box office response that their film received. Launched with a big budget, the film has proved to be the biggest flop of the season.

There were also some small issues like Priyanka refusing to do any kissing scene with Harman Baweja in the film. Priyanka has vowed never to do kissing on screen, and despite the fact that there was a kissing sequence in the story, it was to be dropped due to Priyanka summarily rejecting it. It was recently reported in the news that Kareena Kapoor publicly announced that she was glad that Love Story 2050 didn’t do so well and was almost gloating. Priyanka Chopra, who plays a supermodel in Madhur Bhandarkar’s forthcoming film, says the movie is like a trip down memory lane for her. The film, Fashion, is about India’s fashion circuit and blatantly shows its positives and negatives, the high life as well as the drug scene.

“For me the film is like a nostalgia trip. Some portions of the plot are similar to my own life story. It narrates the story of a girl from a small town who makes it really big in the fashion circuit. If you look at my life, it’s just the same. Incidentally, Priyanka Chopra got herself trained in martial arts for Drona, a film which she is doing with Abhishek Bachchan. A source from the film unit says, “Priyanka was informed by someone on the set that Arjan Bajwa is a Taekwondo expert.

She takes special interest in knowing various forms of martial arts. During the shot breaks, they would talk about how she did her own stunts in the film, and how Arjan practices Taekwondo on a regular basis.”

Priyanka was not aware of the fact that Taekwondo is a blend of Shotokan Karate with other Chinese and Korean martial arts. But finally, she got all information from Arjan. So now we won’t be surprised if we see Arjan and Priyanka in a martial arts film!
