The buzz also goes that Priyanka too has crooned a couple of songs on the album with one in English also. Priyanka will also feature in the videos of the album and will try to promote the album in all possible ways.

The album will soon be released by T-Series.

Priyanka Chopra: Rang De Basanti. I loved that film. I don’t know which part, probably Aamir Khan’s part or even Sidharth’s or Kunal’s part for that matter, or even Soha. Anyone’s part in the film, actually.

Priyanka Chopra, who was earlier said to be doing the title role in Main Aur Mrs Khanna , is no longer dong the film. “Salman and Govinda have already been signed on for the film along with Sohail ,” says an inside source, on the condition of anonymity. ”

And the makers are on the look out for a girl who can play Mrs Khanna. Earlier, Priyanka was rumoured to be doing it, but then either there was a date problem or she wasn’t happy with the cast of the film. Now it’s a toss up between Ayesha Takia and Preity Zinta.

Bollywood beauty Priyanka Chopra is set to lead the 27th India Day Parade as Grand Marshal in New York in August to celebrate the country’s 60th Independence Day.

The annual parade, which will be held on August 19, is organised in Manhattan by the Federation of Indian Associations (FIA) and attracts thousands of people every year. It is considered the biggest such event outside India.

Announcing details of the parade at the Indian Consulate in New York on Wednesday, FIA president Shobhana Patel said comedian Johnny Lever would be the chief guest.
