Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra on Tuesday registered a case against her former personal secretary Jaju for allegedly threatening her and using abusive language, the police said.

Jaju, who is suspected to be based in indore, was arrested in 2004 following a complaint by Chopra alleging that a Chhota Shakeel gang member had threatened her on his instance.

“We have registered the complaint today and cannot say the exact details of the three threatening SMSs sent by Jaju to Priyanka on Monday night,” a senior police official attached to the Oshiwara police station in North West Mumbai said. Continue reading ‘Priyanka Chopra sues ex-secy’

it has been known to one and all that Priyanka Chopra and Kareena Kapoor not the best of friends post their rivalry since Aitraaz, where was also fuelled by the spoof done by Priyanka on Kareena charactyer’s ‘Pooh’ in Salaam-e-ishq.

But looks like there still may be a possible chance of a near future reconciliation. Shahid and Priyanka being friendly neighbours; they stay in the same building and often bump into each other at the building’s lobby.

Let’s hope that the girls make up and put an end to their differences very soon…

The second heroine of Aamir Khan ’s forthcoming movie has still not been finalized.

After completing his home production Taare Zameen Pe , Aamir Khan will begin shooting for the Hindi remake of Tamil hit Ghajini . The Hindi version will be directed by A.R. Murugadoss, who directed the Tamil movie.

A court in indore Thursday directed Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra and her father Ashok Chopra to appear before it on March 1 following the issuance of summons against them in connection with a case filed by her former secretary.

The orders in this regard were issued by Magistrate B S Muvel following an application moved by the Chopras’ counsel seeking a month for them to appear in the court for bail in response to summons issued by a court in Mhow town.

Muvel directed them to appear on March 1 for seeking bail in the case following objections by Priyanka’s former Secretary Prakash Jajoo, the star’s counsel Chandrashekhar Raikwar said. Continue reading ‘Priyanka Chopra, father asked to appear in court’

The Sessions court on Thursday fixed March 1 as the date for hearing of a case filed against Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra and her father Ashok Chopra by her former secretary Prakash Jaju for non payment of dues.

The court has ordered the Chopras to be present for the hearing. Jaju had alleged that underworld don Chhota Shakeel threatened him on Priyanka’s behalf following a dispute related to payment of commission.

A court today transferred to Indore a case filed in neighbouring Mhow town against Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra by her former secretary in connection with alleged threats by underworld don Chhota Shakeel following a dispute over payment of commission.

Accepting the application moved by Priyanka and her father Ashok Chopra, Chief Judicial Magistrate A P Rahul transferred the case from Mhow to a local court in Indore, her counsel Chandrashekhar Raikwar told.

In her plea, Priyanka had voiced fears that a law and order problem might arise if she and her father Ashok Chopra travelled by road to appear before the court in Mhow, around 24 km from here, for the next hearing on February 22 in reponse to a summon. Saif Ali Khan started his own production house, called illuminati Films Pvt. Ltd. Saif and ‘Being Cyrus’ producer Dinesh Vijan has jointly floated the production company.

Saif, who played lead in ‘Being Cyrus’, became a good friend of Dinesh during the making of the film. As per latest, the first film of the production house will take off soon.
