Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra is looking for a confident, honest man, but says marriage will have to wait.

“i’m looking for someone who’ll make me proud. He should be confident, sincere and have a sense of humour,” Priyanka, 24, told, in an interview published yesterday.

But marriage will have to wait. “i’m just 24. i’m in no hurry to settle down,” she said.

Priyanka played the female lead in india’s first superhero film Krrish and had an action-packed role in Don - both movies were hits last year.

She also stars in Salaam-e-ishq, a romantic drama that opened on Thursday, starring several Bollywood big names, including Salman Khan, John Abraham and Vidya Balan.

Priyanka also said she supports a lot of philanthropic causes but prefers to keep her involvement understated.

“The issues relating to the girl child, Aids, and thalassemia are very close to my heart,” she said.

Priyanka was crowned Miss india World and later Miss World in 2000. in the same year, Lara Dutta and Dia Mirza, both from india, won the Miss Universe and Miss Asia Pacific crowns.
